We’re flexible! It’s generally best to take pictures before a game (kids are clean!) or have a dedicated day for pictures. Try to avoid days that have special events within the league or outside activites. These events have a tendency to run late and can cause issue with scheduling.
Once the location has been determined we can bring canopies, special lighting and backdrops accordingly.
To help make picture day as fun and stress free as possible, we prefer order forms distributed 2 weeks prior to picture day. Please have them all completed and returned to the team Mom 1 week before picture day. We bring plenty of extras on picture day so if forms are lost or forgotten we can make sure their child gets their picture taken!
We prefer to book 6-12 teams at the top of the hour and 6-12 teams at the bottom of the hour. We can adapt to the situation and changes but would like to make the schedule as relaxed and pleasurable as possible.
Our team will need early access to the location for your shoot. We have quite a bit of equipment to set up - canopies, back drops, lighting etc - so we will need parking access, open gates and doors to make sure we can prepare for a efficient picture day.

It would be nice to schedule a team every 15 to 20 minutes over the course of an of the time allotted as aopposed to shooting a team every 5 minutes in a reduced time window. We can adapt to the situation and changes but would like to make the schedule as relaxed and pleasurable as possible.
